INTRODUCING SUSTAINABLE SEASONS

We’ve spent our time in self-isolation working on something magical that we believe will spread some much-needed joy, while also helping us to sustain our workforce during this time of crisis.

Our Sustainable Seasons range of limited edition gift cards is meant to create a cycle of positivity. We want you to send these cards to your friends, neighbours and family members, to maintain your connection with them now that self-isolation has become a part of our everyday vocabulary.

They, in turn, can plant the cards and share the flowers, herbs, or veggies they've grown with someone close to them. And so we hope that our Sustainable Seasons range will be a way for everyone to “pay it forward” - because the human spirit will always triumph, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges.

These beautiful cards were illustrated by talented local artist Anja Stoeckigt of Paper-tales and each one contains an uplifting message that inspires hope for the future. We've also partnered with WWF South Africa 's Sustainable Agriculture initiative, with a part of the proceeds from the project going towards this incredibly worthy cause that's very near to our hearts.

Most of all, we hope that Sustainable Seasons will be a way for us to keep our team of more than forty members from the Malmesbury community, where our factory is situated, fully employed. As a company that is committed to creating opportunities for those in need, we feel a strong obligation towards our staff and desperately want them to keep earning an income during the COVID-19 pandemic.

So help us help them by supporting our Sustainable Seasons project - and let it be a way for you to shine a light in these troubled times.

The Sustainable Seasons gift card range is currently available for online purchase from the Growing Paper website, https://shop.growingpaper.co.za/
